Loved the games room and heated indoor pool. Parking was a struggle during peak times.

The location next to the Arnouva cable car was super convenient. We loved our room's mountain view from the large balcony. The decor was cozy and inviting. Breakfast featured a decent array, though it could use more variety, especially if you arrive later. The outdoor heated pool felt welcoming after skiing, but the spa area could definitely use upgrades. it was crowded and noisy with kids. Housekeeping could have been better as we found the hallways not very clean. Staff interactions were pleasant, but some service aspects felt rushed, especially during peak meal times. Parking was a significant hassle. options were limited, especially in rush hours.

The room was very well equipped, featuring quality linens and a pleasant mountain view from the balcony. The staff provided excellent service, particularly during meal times, which enhanced my dining experience. The proximity to the gondola made for easy access to skiing activities, allowing me to enjoy the slopes effortlessly.

I found the wellness area somewhat crowded, especially during peak hours, detracting slightly from my relaxation.

The wellness area fell short of expectations, feeling more like just a swimming pool with a sauna. Mandatory clothing in the sauna made it less appealing, and a lack of privacy created an environment not very conducive to relaxation. To top it off, various amenities were out of order, detracting from the overall experience.

Great place for a ski trip!

Really loved our stay! The mountain view from the balcony was stunning, and the ski room made it super easy to store our gear. Breakfast had tons of choices, even proper baked beans, which was awesome. Just wish the spa area was a bit bigger, it got crowded during peak times. Nevertheless, a fab time!
